“I am the LORD, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me?” (Jeremiah 32:27, NLT).
It’s Not Too Hard for God!
“Thank you, and I have no complaints because I see God’s hand during my healing! He has already orchestrated every step of this condition to be determined and treated promptly.”
–Elder Arleen McClain
When I inquired about her progress following her most recent illness and hospital visit, Elder Arleen McClain, who is a member of our Sick and Shut-in Ministry and is the very epitome of Matthew 25:26b, “I was sick and you visited Me,” gave the response above. Only someone who recognizes the unsearchable greatness of God, someone who truly knows Him would respond like that!
In Jeremiah 32:27, God affirms His sovereignty and His omnipotence. He alone is the LORD! He alone is God! He is El Shaddai, almighty! There is simply no situation, condition, or sickness that He cannot heal! So, like Elder McClain, I have no complaints. I see God’s hand in everything that concerns me. My trust, my faith, my hope is in Jesus! He heals all my diseases! He took away the spinal stenosis and put a dislocated disc back in place in my back two years ago! He soothes away every pain! He will save our unsaved loved ones!
So, what are you dealing with? What are you concerned about? It’s not too hard for God!
Focus Quote: “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26 NKJV).
Praise Report: Thanks so much to Minister Joan Greene who shared with me that she visited and served communion to Elder Gwen Christian this week. She shared that Elder Christian, who recently had surgery on her leg, was sitting on the side of the bed, moving her legs and feet as they sang and prayed. Min. Greene also visited and prayed with Sister Marilyn Abraham, whom she found to be in great spirits. Thank you, Min. Greene, for these praise reports!
