“He is the Rock, His work is perfect; for all His ways are justice, a God of truth and without injustice; righteous and upright is He” (Deuteronomy 32:4 NKJV).

God, My God!  

This is who God is to me. He is my Rock! He is solid—not shaky like nervous pudding (Jello), but a strong, steady foundation for my feet.

There are no imperfections in his work! There are imperfections in me, but his work in me and for me is perfect! Two years ago, he could have allowed spinal stenosis and a dislocated disc in my back to make me an invalid, but he restored my spine and put the disc back in place—his perfect work of healing!

He is truth! Truth supersedes true! It is true that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, but Truth says I am justified, made righteous by my faith in Jesus, and can now live in fellowship with a righteous God! It was true that Jairus’ daughter was dead, but Truth said, “Little girl, get up!” (Mk. 5:41 NLT) It may well be true that someone reading this is desperately ill, on a bed of affliction, but Truth can say to you in your true situation, “Koum,” which means “Get up.” Be made whole!”

Who wouldn’t serve a God like this! God, my God!
